Our hiring process
For us, finding the right people to join us is essential. Our hiring process is designed to make sure that you’re a great fit for us - and that we’re a great fit for you. We want to give you an in-depth understanding of life at AutoScout24 Group, the role you’ll be doing and the team you’ll be joining. The whole process takes between four and six weeks, depending on the role.

Our New Ways of Working scheme is designed to give you choice and flexibility around where and when you work. However, we do ask everyone to come into the office at least two days per week, depending on your role - this allows us to foster connections, share our ideas and collaborate in person.

If you’re living overseas, we can provide a fully digital process. If you live near one of our offices, we’ll try and arrange at least one on-site interview, so you have the opportunity to meet us face-to-face and get a personal feel for our offices and people.
It depends on the role - you’ll find any language requirements in the job description. Our company language is English, but some roles do require fluent German or another local language (particularly if you’ll be speaking directly to customers).
Some requirements are essential, but if you’re not sure exactly how your skills match we’d love you to apply. We value personality, ambition and an open mind, so don’t hesitate to get in touch and tell us what you can bring to the team.
For any of our working student or mandatory intern roles, you’ll need to be enrolled full-time in a university and show us an enrollment certificate. For non-mandatory intern roles, you don’t need to be enrolled, but we’d expect you to apply for a permanent role.
Yes, of course. There are lots of reasons why the previous role may not have been right for you, but we still want to hear from you if another more suitable opportunity comes up.
