Vehicle Description

Marking the end of the water-cooled era of Porsche 911, the 993-generation replaced the outgoing 964-generation in 1994 and remained in production through 1998. Boasting the wider bodywork of the Turbo with a naturally aspirated engine and four-wheel drive, the Carrera 4S hit a sweet spot with many enthusiasts, benefitting from the 285-hp Carrera S engine along with the added practicality and confidence of four-wheel drive.
THIS 993
This well-preserved and beautifully presented 993 Carrera, equipped with a manual gearbox and limited slip differential, was originally delivered to the German market.
Finished in the ever-elegant Silver Metallic, this example features a thoughtfully curated specification. The options list is concise yet essential, including a limited-slip differential. Additional features include electric seats, air conditioning and of course its Porsche Exclusive touches to the interior. True to its original specification, this Porsche has been consistently maintained since new. Stamps in the original service book document its dealer service history, while an extensive file of records details its continued care through to the present day.
Previously registered in France, the car has recently moved to Belgium following our acquisition. The car presents well throughout and is a lovely unmolested example of its breed.
The car has had a light respray but our visual checks and paint measurements show no traces of any accident. Overall, the exterior remains in excellent condition, with all glass and lenses free from cracks or crazing. The BBS Sport Classic II wheels where a rare option and are currently shod with fresh Pirelli's. The presence of original front and rear panels—including their factory stickers—confirms that the these have never been involved in an accident.
Thanks to its careful ownership and lower mileage, the interior exhibits only light signs of use, underscoring both the quality of these cars and the meticulous care it has received. The seats, door panels, switches, dashboard, and trim all present beautifully, showing only minimal wear. We can see the famous period correct looking Blaupunkt SQR46DAB as a musical companion for longer drives.
A lot of invoices come with the car and no expense has been spared in recent years, with a major service recently completed by RSC Automobile, including all fluids, disc brakes, new Pirelli tires, Koni Active shock absorbers, air conditioning maintenance, and more.
The last air-cooled 911 have always enjoyed 'instant classic' status and have become increasingly sought-after. For many Porsche enthusiasts, the 993 remains the last "real" 911, retaining the original design and the famous boxer engine. This 993 is lovely for its condition, its configuration, its exclusive options, and its complete documentation.
The car comes with its original pouch and books including the stamped service book; tool kit, spare tire and compressor and comprehensive history file.
Now classified by many enthusiasts as a modern-day collectible, these cars offer the perfect balance between the original, air-cooled 911 ethos and modern practicality. This extremely well preserved and unmolested example is ready for its next custodian; and would be a great acquisition for any Porsche fan; being first time buyer or collector. It is truly a versatile modern classic—equally at home as elegant transportation to a black-tie event or a stylish companion for a long summer road trip, delivering both sophistication and exhilarating performance.
