Vehicle Description
1981 Land Rover Santana 88 Especial. 2.25 diesel. Driven daily. All fluids recently replaced with the correct EP90 GL4, swivels, transfer, gearbox, steering box, differentials. Last month the brakes were totally overhauled with new lines, machined brake drums, master and slave cylinders and pads. This year of the series 3 has the brake booster, which is new, and 5 bearings on the crankshaft. Not in the photos but I have the tow ball, this series 3 is rated to 2 tonnes of braked towing capacity. It has 3 point inertia seatbelts in the front, the centre seat has a lap belt. The seats are new. I have two sets of wheels, the ones photographed not on the car are the correct size for the ITV, 4 of these tyres are new. I have the defender wheels as seen photographed on the car most of the time. A great car that I use daily, every journey is an adventure, especially with the roof off. Regrettably I am selling it due to moving to the mainland, and want to move on to another project that suits life there better. I could be interested in a swap, but prefer to sell. I speak English and a bit of Spanish.
