Vehicle Description
UK-registered, Left-Hand Drive Jeep Cherokee XJ — now in Lisbon
Reluctantly selling my Jeep Cherokee XJ – a true 4x4 legend with modern classic appeal.
Originally imported from Germany to the UK in 2003 by my dad, it's been in the family ever since. I brought it to Portugal in 2023, and it's been well looked after throughout.
This June (2025), it had a major service, including:
• Engine and differential oil change
• New spark plugs
• New air and oil filters
• New auxiliary belt and fan
• Transmission fluid flush
• New front brake discs and pads
Also recently:
• New water pump
• Air-con serviced in 2023 – still ice cold
Comes with:
• Full set of BFGoodrich All-Terrain tyres
• Full service history and recent bills totalling €3. 5k
• Two original keys plus a spare
• Solid bodywork – minor chips and scratches but rust-free
• Clean interior – headliner replaced in 2024
• Rear headrests (not pictured)
• Half-size fitted car cover
Things to note:
• Remote keys need reprogramming (manual keys work fine)
• Passenger window controls not working (likely a wiring issue)
• Two small tears in the leather seats
• Portuguese import is costly due to emissions, but can be insured locally while UK-registered
Happy to answer questions or share walkaround videos. A well-kept, increasingly rare classic. A true 4x4 legend with modern classic appeal.
