Vehicle Description
Very rare supercar - UNIQUE in Malta!!!
Top Quality Restoration (TQR) of a 1999 Z3 M Coupe 3.2 lt., 321 HP, 5 gears
Following a work-related move to America, I have to sell my long-dreamed-of BMW Z3 M Coupé
It is an English vehicle registered in Malta, non-smoking, frozen grey color, pristine condition after a thorough TQR. Even the engine has been totally rebuilt so, despite its original mileage of 119K miles, the car can be considered as almost new. To improve driving performance and longevity of the car, sub-frame & differential mount reinforcement was also performed during the TQR. At the end of the restoration, which lasted several years, an inspection, including a test bench, was carried out at the BMW workshops to certify the perfect efficiency of the car.
All stages of the restoration have been carefully documented with photos and videos. In addition, to easily identify codes and purchase prices of each BMW OEM part replaced, a meticulous electronic archive will be provided together with all invoices for the purchase of spare parts and all specialized works performed on the car.
The TQR in numbers includes the following:
- Approximately 1200 new OEM different parts number replaced for a total cost of €33k
- Mechanic labor €27k
- Panel beater, sandblasting and etching primer €10k
- Sprayer €6k
- Leather upholstery €7k
- Powder coating €4.5k
- Towing trucks to move the car between the various workshops €1.2k
- Tires €1.2k
- Dinitrol €0,6k
- Upholster remove/install glasses €0,5k
- Miscellaneous €1.5k
- Car, seats and steering wheel Covers and BMW battery charger €0,8k
I would like to be contacted only by people seriously interested in purchasing the car. I could therefore provide a short video to briefly show the TQR process from its inception to the completion of the project. Finally, the car can be viewed and tested in Sicily where it is currently garaged.
